Andy has just installed a new dosing unit in our kitchen, and I just wanted to say what a friendly, polite & highly efficient engineer he is. Despite installing during our lunch service, he kept out of the teams way, and ensured as little disruption as he could. I am the manager of Tamarix and my head house keeper would like to thank Sam the engineer for his professional work. Every time Sam attends a call out / repair he gives 100% . Not only does he tend to the repair he always strips the machine down , takes everything apart , cleans and puts the machine back together but he never rushes which she thinks results in less call out . Thanks Sam !

I ordered thousands of pounds worth of catering equipment from this company for one of my new businesses after having them recommended. Since ordering and paying up front for the equipment they haven’t wanted to know one hot cabinet was faulty which they told me the part was not under warranty (which it was and it’s under a year old). I agreed to buy the part through them and pay for it to be fitted then the part never arrived and I’ve had no feedback from them regarding it. Then the cold counter broke I was told it was under warranty and they would arrange an engineer to come and repair it Which they never did. In the end I had to pay out over £400 in repairs to have it fixed. I now use a different local catering company who are true to there word and have come out to repair any equipment under warranty. I feel completely let down by this company and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them!

A true family business who care for all their customers. I have seen how they train their staff in all aspects of the business. They only sell catering equipment of a good quality that they can place their trust in. Grimsby is luck to have this service company!
