ANOTHER year later (bizarre but absolutely true), I get a problem with Windows 10. 'Critical Error your start menu button isn't working, we'll try to fix it next time you sign in' .... after 8 re-signins, nothing! I decide microsft are **it at customer service, almost like they don't care?
Googling the issue gave me a heart attack. It seems its a prevalent issue that I simply could not find a solution to; no one had found a fix. I tried several 'suggested fixes' ... but soon met my limitations and continued with a laptop that was like driving a car that could only get fuel through to the engine every other minute .... angry, I got very angry.
I decided there was nothing for it, I'd have to ask Systemworks for help; a bit like calling the Ghostbusters in!! I don't like to bother them too much, we're a minor league client in their world but I had not choice ...
It took Lewis 23 minutes to solve the issue ... just 23 minutes!! He treated me like I was their biggest client. The stress and anxiety in me melted away so fast I couldn't decide if I'd just dreamed it.
I know this sounds over the top ... but when you are a micro-business and the laptops and windows are your entire world, it's bloody scary when stuff goes wrong. If you then remember that you're insignificant to the boys that have real know-how, it all gets too much, real fast. Systemwork have never seen us that way, or they keep it a secret if they do. We are always treated with respect and courtesy as if we're giants in their 'client world'. We get superfast response times, an unbelievable (certainly unaffordable in-house) resource with knowledge and capability that is now legendary AND they make it affordable. I call it incredible value for money ...
PLEASE even if you are not currently looking for IT support, get in touch with Systemwork you couldn't spend an hour more productively on any day. Be nice to yourself, your colleagues, get a sense of wellbeing ... get look after and call in the IT-Busters!
BUT ...... do it NOW!

One year later from posting my previous review below ... This company just keeps getting better and better. Providing an improved level of service when it's already exceeded all of my expectations in 'normal times' would be so difficult; maintaining consistency is nigh on impossible for most companies. But, to improve an 'you have exceeded all my expectations service, during a global pandemic when your entire team is working remotely and individually ... well that's simply beyond world class, best in class and any other inadequate saying I can come up with. If you are not using this support company ... stop it! Stop being silly and sign-up!!

Scarlet Opus needed a new IT support, our existing partner had internal issues that were more regularly becoming a problem for their customers. It was not a smooth departure and it had potential to become a catastrophe.

The team at Systemwork weren't flustered, they were calm, they explained the potential pitfalls and how they could avert each one as it would most likely happen. It did happen and they did avert each issue. We knew almost nothing about it.

We have had problems travelling internationally with the sending/receiving of email. But not on one occasion since partnering with Systemworks.

There have been 3 technical issues with our website this year. All caused by the server owners, not by Systemworks. Before I had time to raise my hand to tear my hair out, they'd fixed each one! I have now challenged myself to have an issue this year that they can't resolve inside of 3 hours, on their performance so far, I haven't a snowballs chance in hell of meeting that challenge.
