Bought a 2019 Mazda 3 and had excellent service. They even washed my mx5 as a bird did a massive poo on it while we were on a test drive.

About a month after we had a problem with a failed exhaust valve (problems can happen not their fault) but it was no issues at all and they paid for all repairs without question. 10 out of 10 service I highly recommend any company that shows good qualities when problems occur.

Mazda dealership. Although it wasn’t a Mazda, the sales staff looked after me really well. When l collected the car, the salesman took his time to talk me through all the car’s controls etc. I was given a warranty, and will not hesitate to return there for MOTS. Purchased a second hand mercedes from T W White & Sons in October travelling some distance to collect. I was overwhelmed with the excellent service and professionalism of the company. The phone calls amd emails prior to collection were informative and ensured everything would run smoothly on collection. They had fully washed and valeted the car and completed a 100+ point check of the vehicle which they gave me to check over on collection. They were open to negotiation on price of the vehicle and tje additional extras, arranging full ceramic diamond cover inside and outside the vehicle prior to collection. They met me at the train station and drove me to the showroom and the process of collection was extremely easy, professionalism and smooth. They even followed up a week or so later to check I was happy and had had no issues with the vehicle. The year guarantee was also a nice extra. I had been searching for a used Mazda cx-30 for about a month, I wanted either an ex demo or new ish car. My last 2 cars were both Mazda I have bought mazda vans for work.
I telephoned Weybridge Mazda on a Sunday afternoon and spoke to a salesman called Jake McClaskey just before they were closing, as that’s where I had bought a car before, and he told me about the great discounts that Mazda were offering. He asked me to wait while he contacted his manager and then phoned me straight back and offered me an extra discount from his dealership, the offer was too good to refuse.
So I arranged to meet Jake a day later and showed him my car which was taken in part exchange at a price already agreed over the phone. Jake and his manager honoured the agreed price.
Jake then took my details, and set up the paper work for the purchase of my new car.
I returned a couple of weeks later and collected my car, and Jake did the hand over and helped me complete all the forms.
I found Jake to be a very confident, knowledgeable and charming person to deal with, and very good with his communication skills, as he would listen to my concerns and give appropriate advice.
The fact that I bought the brand new Mazda cx-30 is because of Jake’s professionalism.
Mazda should know they have a great salesman at Mazda Weybridge.

Due to living 300 miles from Weybridge I purchased my Mazda MX5 unseen and delivered. The purchase was handled proficiently by Rob Everest and the remaining support handled expertly by Ross Greany.
