After finding what appeared to be our perfect home, we employed the services of Lee at Tact Consultants in the form of carrying out a Building Survey. Lee did a fantastic job of thoroughly assessing the house and identifying a number of key issues, that were otherwise unnoticeable to the naked eye. Whilst being disappointed the house that we had our hearts set on wasn’t right, the diligence of Lee subsequently saved us from buying a problem, avoiding some major headaches, and repairs that would have been extremely expensive to remedy.
We would happily recommend Tact Consultants to anybody.
