I connected with Nicki during an incredibly tumultuous time in my life, and I initially found our sessions very difficult. Nicki's kindness and patience gradually made it easier for me to speak more openly, and as our sessions progressed she helped me reframe my thoughts in a way that was less destructive to me, and helped me with techniques to manage my anxiety and stress. I genuinely do not know where I would be regarding my mental health and overall emotional wellbeing without Nicki's input. She is an excellent counsellor.
