I reached out to Lisa when I was at a very low ebb, professionally speaking. Together, we worked through a whole host of issues and complexities and she learned to understand me very quickly indeed, by truly listening.
With a non-judgemental and effortlessly kind (but challenging) approach, Lisa helped me hear myself back and search for the messages and learning that were hiding behind my thoughts, feelings and actions. I have been able to apply her wisdom in my day to day work as a Headteacher and in my wider life too. I recommend Supervision without hesitation to all professionals in education.

Talking Heads supervision supported myself and 2 of my colleagues working in a pupil referral unit at the most challenging and isolated part of our careers. The support from my supervisor allowed me the space to reframe my thinking, consider the missing parts and reflect in a way that allowed me to move forward.

My son was suffering with depression and anxiety which manifested in very low self esteem, ocd , body dysmorphia, and feelings of harming himself , after going down the traditional routes which wasnot getting us anywhere Lisa was recommended to me and she changed our lives . My bright , kind , sensitive boy went from a someone who felt there was nothing good about him who often couldn’t even get into school to just starting his first year at university, I firmly believe without her he would not have achieved this goal, I am so grateful to her for helping my son realise his potential and self worth , I can’t recommend her enough . I have my son back and I can’t thank her enough

I have found Lisa’s supervision sessions invaluable. She has listened, attuned and held me throughout my Headship. This experience gave me the time and space to pause, reflect and process events and consider future paths and my decision making. I benefitted so much from these sessions that I also widened this opportunity to my SLT. They have been equally complimentary and the school and our children have reaped the benefits of this soul-changing practice. Thank you.
