Excellent service from Rebecca at Tallents. We have bought and sold several times in the past and always had so many questions, visits to solicitors to go over documents, delays and stress. This was a totally different experience with no stress at all. We only needed to go down to the offices 2 times; once to drop our documents off and again to sign the contracts when completion was near. We also only had a couple of email queries from Rebecca as she answered and sorted queries on our behalf. We always heard from her when there were any updates on the progression and she always answered our emails immediately. From start to finish it took about 12 weeks, although this was a chain free sale, but we have done chain free sales before that took a lot longer and were so stressful.
