I have no idea why but Jerome just doesn’t reply to emails, texts or answer his phone nor return calls.
I also introduced my accountant to Jerome who thought he could give Jerome quite a bit of business. Jerome is incredibly knowledgeable but I just can’t get him to reply and I’ve no idea ? why but I do wish him well but my experience has not been good ?

Avoid this company and a lot of pain. I cannot express how disappointed we are with both the advice and the service from Taxantics which has cost us more than £7000 in penalty interest plus Taxanics fees based on advice received. Jerome made promise after promise to support us none of which he fulfils. So angry and disappointed.

Just to add insult to injury after having paid nearly £800 to TaxAntics for ‘tax advice’ we have repeatedly asking over 3 months for evidence of the Tax Antics HMRC submissions we have had nothing back which is both poor and in violation of the operating standards. This post will be removed if we receive the requested information in 24 hours

I contacted Jerome from TaxAntics with urgency due to some mistake in my previous filing that was incurring ongoing fees, he responded very quickly and resolved my issue in the very same day I approached him. The service was very reasonably priced and he was very kind and understanding and answered all questions patiently.

Apparently I am also owed some money, we are in the process of getting this return, I will update the review here after this happens. Meanwhile, I very much recommend TaxAntics and Jerome specifically.

Absolutely appalling no correspondence to any messages. phone calls unanswered company vans left uninsured because of paperwork needed from him so work lost reputation ruined now seeking advice from another accountant

Well, it's ironic that you replied to this. I web messaged and then emailed you to no avail. I then called and spoke with someone who was very, very good, who would follow up with an email. I did not get that email, so I emailed back twice and called, all to no response. So, yeah, waste of time.
