The worst Tax Agency, that’s too in UK, I have seen ever. Inspite of my tax amount £3403.40 has been refunded from HRMC to taxday account, they have not yet credited it to my account and have stolen the entire amount. It has been 10 months since I filed my tax return with them and more than 2 months since HRMC credited my tax return amount to them. These people are not at all professional to receive any calls nor do they respond to any emails.
This happened with my other colleagues also, we have logged complains through our company to HMRC against this fraud Tax agency. It has been advised by our company to all the employees not to submit any Tax return through this company. I would suggest, please do not believe this fraud agency.

TAXDAY it's very most tax cheating agency, They cheat my tax return amount of 497 pounds, I have all the proof but still i can't do anything reason I am in my home country now, call the HMRC and inform that don't credit my tax amount to there account but I came to know after waiting of 2 months times, HMRC posted my tax return amount to there NATWEST BANK account, I called more then 100 times they never ever attend my call. And i try reach by e-mail as well no response, please don't go to the agency.

The worst ever agency. Inspite of my tax money being refunded from HRMC to taxday, they have not yet credited it to my account. Its been 9 months since I filed my tax with them and its been more than 4 months since HRMC credited my tax back amount to them. Still I am chasing them for my money. These people do not receive any calls nor do they respond to any message. They are looting people in the name of service by fooling them.

Dodgy company. The worst tax company I've ever dealt with. It's been a little over 5 months now and I'm still waiting for my money. Can't get hold of any one at the office. No one picking my phone calls or replying to my emails. SCAM!!!! they stole 700£ that I was supposed to get from HMRC.
