As first time buyers whose purchase fell through, having TR as our solicitor was the biggest mistake the whole process. Never again.
You try to email, you get ignored. You try to phone, they never pick up. You leave a voicemail, they never call back- the only way to get through is walking in the office. An absolute nightmare.

As mentioned our purchase fell through unfortunately and the experience we had with TR was so bad both my partner and I no longer want to go through the process again. To top it all off, we got an invoice FIVE months later! Zero communication after the house fell through. When we complained, we got a £150 as a goodwill from a close to £1000 bill for an absolute joke of a service.

I would stay well away- you’ve been warned! This 1 star is even being generous.
