Firstly, all these reviews are obviously fake - the language used and way they are written are so evidently written from their own team members. In short, Taylor’s are awful. To be fair, I don’t think there is such thing as a good solicitor in the UK so they have no incentive to be better. The communication is diabolical. They are lazy, and the majority of the time they just forward on emails with no explanation. They didn’t complete the sale of my property because they and the buyer side took too long and failed to meet the stamp duty deadline (they had ample time to do so). They never phone you. You constantly have to chase them only to get ‘computer says no’ responses. While I understand they deal with thousands of home owners a year, the fact that they cannot deliver a base line of customer service seems mental to me. You’re dealing with people’s homes - their lives - the biggest purchase most of us will ever make. All it takes is some kindness and effort. Chat GPT has more communication skills than these lot. Let’s hope AI will take them over in the near future.
