I had never worked in education or with an agency when I joined Teaching Personnel. I was more than a little apprehensive when transitioning across from my previous role in elderly care, but the support and guidance I received from manager, Adam Lee and my consultants Isabelle and Charlie, have made it the MOST amazing experience and now I can't imagine ever working in any other sector.
