I've never really been one for "gym classes" but TEAMDUNC is really different, Duncan and the team really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, grow confidence and work within your limits and capacities.
Good range of activities at all times of the day to suit everyone, you can pay as you go or month by month, no contract, no pressure, even organised a family offer for us.
Definitely deserves 5 ✨
