I've been counselling with Lindsey for a while now, and I have been on such a journey with her over the last year. She has always made me feel heard, and helped me navigate some really hard times in my life.

Before going to Lindsey I felt lost, and often depressed. Since counselling I feel empowered a much more sure of myself, able to have difficult conversations, and seen what I need to do to love myself and care for myself more.

I look forward to speaking with Lindsey every week. I feel like I've made a connection with someone that truly gets me. She has, and is still helping me to change my life for the better and for that I will always feel grateful.

Since seeing Lindsey I have gained a whole new understanding of my thoughts and feelings. The ‘brick wall’ I had hit, that I thought had no way through. Now has cracks in it.
For the first time in so long I have been able to look to the future, and feel like I actually do have a future.
