Waited 30 mins for a click and collect shop. Zero urgency to help and definitely the longest I’ve ever had to wait at any store for a food shop. Would’ve been quicker to shop in store myself!

The experience of using the unisex toilets with my children here is well below one star.

I'm not sure why you would put children at risk like that!

There is a risk of them becoming ill due to having to wipe male urine off of the seat everytime we use these facilities!

Then as my daughter found out yesterday, a male had left the toilet unlocked, my daughter had opened it & was deeply embarrassed as a man was in there!

This leaves all children at risk of indecent exposure & illness!

Then you have the overbearing smell of male urine in both cubicles now!

It's always a truly horrible experience when having to use these facilities & cannot fathom why they are both unisex now!

It's shocking what this company is willing to subject children to in the name of foolish wokism!

There are hardly any staff on the checkouts at peak times. The queues were 5 trollies deep on each till. Staff just don't care.

Shelves are half empty and store management do not seem to be taking any action to improve stock availability.

Staff were very patient as couldn't access the clubcard on the app as tescos wanted to do an update which took forever

This tesco has a good and big range of products. It has a mix of self service and manned check outs. The car park is quite large for a tesco of its size and it has toilets as well.

Poor customer service desk. Lady more interested in flattening a flower box than serving, " I'll be with you in a minute " is not customer service, leave the box until you have no one queuing at the counter. 2 mins later I walked out!

I put my basket down (they don't have wheelie baskets) for 2 minutes to get stuff in another aisle & came back to find staff had taken my shopping, no apology. I had to go round & do it all again.. ?. That has never happened in Lidls.
It's pretty expensive too.

I would not normally review a supermarket but I would like to say a big thank you to the manager this morning I am sorry I forgot your name . I had a minor problem with some custard and was I delt with in a kind professional manner. The problem was solved quickly and I left the store feeling very happy. Thank you once again I really appreciated your kindness.
