I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the second time I have used them for emergency repairs and on both occasions I have been so impressed with their customer service and technical support. Sam and Taylor were very reassuring when I took my laptop to them for a new battery. My laptop is about 7 years old, but they sourced a genuine new battery for it, and when the battery arrived, I took my laptop in, and they fitted and checked it out within the day.
Brilliant and professional service at a very reasonable cost.

I needed my email accounts moved over but still needed them to be linked to my website and have the same address. the communication from Sam and Taylor was clear and transparent. They were quick and efficient in finding a solution to what I wanted to achieve with my systems. I have since asked for two more small projects and again both were actioned swiftly. I sent an email to Sam on bank holiday Monday, thinking he would see it on Tuesday, but no, I had a reply from him the same day. It was arranged that a call out would be made at 3pm on Tuesday. By 3.30 pm my computer was up and running again. Excellent communication and service from a very polite young man named Taylor. One very happy customer, will recommend you and certainly use you again when in need.
