Unfortunately if you think you are going to get the legal amount of holiday pay ie average earnings think again as they won't let you speak to the wages department and I've had to go down the acas route because they don't pay what you are supposed to receive

Have been taking money from my wages to supposedly put into my Nest pension, only to be told by Nest that the agency hasn't made a contribution since 2019. Not pleased at all and will be taking legal action.

Avoid this recruitment company! The Best Connection Group doesn't respect its workers. It was named-and-shamed by the UK government in December 2017 for failing to pay the wages it owed to its employees.
