Jenna was an engaging and enthusiastic trainer. The sessions were individualised to suit the learning needs. Jenna gave great advice and suggestions on how we could make one of our processes more efficient and effective. Alongside giving some top tips and ideas for group engagement tasks when training learners.

The booking of the training was very efficient and we were able to book a session quickly. The communication was great and very clear.
