Great hospital with great staff. Everyone super friendly. Call out to Sarah on reception and radiology, Kate, Nicola, on the ward, Sister Mary and her team. I looked everywhere for the food menu, finally found one so posting here. Only thing is to check your bed on admission as some of the more intimate hairs do not wash out. See pics. Food was soup or juice, hot or cold sandwiches, jacket potatoes or salad. Dessert was custard, rice pudding, jelly, fruit or ice cream - yum! WiFi is good once you’ve registered. Peter great guy, serves food and makes a decent cup of builders tea!!

All the staff were very kind and thoughtful which made the experience particular good. From the reception who pointed me to a member of the team that showed me to the room, to the lovely gentleman who took my food order before my procedure, to the team during my procedure who kept me distracted and smiling, to the follow up after the procedure, everyone was superb! I recently underwent surgery and wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to Christopher Gatzen and the entire team for their exceptional care and professionalism. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and I felt well-supported throughout.

A special shoutout to Alison, who attended to me the following day when I went back to have my dressing changed. She was absolutely wonderful—so approachable, easy to talk to, and genuinely funny. She managed everything with a smile, making the whole process much more comfortable and even enjoyable.

I truly appreciate the care and positivity from everyone involved including the receptionists! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much better!

Went to have 2 CT scans. All staff were very friendly and completed the CT scans very efficiently. Been to the Chiltern Hospital a number of times recently and never had any issues outside of my consultant running late on one occasion. Highly recommended.

Had a CT Guided Injection for my back pain. Everything was really painless, Louise and Neil made me very comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. Would highly recommend the Chiltern Hospital as the care is brilliant and the staff are excellent.

The service is extremely efficient and full of smiles, from beginning to the end.

I rolled out of bed for a late morning appointment after working a night shift. Natalie and Yemi were extremely professional and helped lift my spirits with their delicate touch and attentiveness. I felt at absolute ease in their care.

I’ve never used a Private Healthcare before but it’s outstanding the difference it can make to your mood and overall health. Highly recommend. I didn’t want to leave!

Excellent experience on every one of my visits so far. Friendly staff, appointments that actually happen at the time scheduled, and I even got a nice cup of tea & some biscuits after my MRI scan today.

Easy to find, plenty of free parking - if you’ve got to visit hospital, this is as good as it gets.

Each of the staff members I encountered were very friendly, helpful and approachable. They made the whole experience a very pleasant one and put me very much at ease. I don't believe their is anything they could do to improve the service.
