The Clear Company have recently conducted an audit of our membership / volunteer organisation in relation to all that we do in this space around ED&I. They have been a pleasure to work with and have been diligent and professional in their approach. They have taken the time to understand us as an organisation, the complexities around our member offer and benefits, and how our volunteers provide activities directly to our membership.
They have made great suggestions for improvements and proposed a clear action plan which we can now use to help develop our ED&I strategy.
We are grateful for the work and for the way in which their findings and recommendations have been presented and reported.
