Emma is an amazing play therapist that has tremendously helped our family in so many ways. She’s extremely good at what she does and has made a real difference to our lives. We came to Emma as we was worried about our youngest daughter who had very low self esteem and had stopped engaging with us. With Emma’s help she became positive about herself, gained confidence and is now back to her happy self which is so lovely to see. I dread to think how different things could have been if we didn’t get help from Emma. We also had some family sessions which had a positive effect on all of us. Our eldest daughter also asked to see Emma for help with GCSE exam stress and is finding this really beneficial.
I would highly recommend Emma. She has a real passion to help people and an ability to make you feel very at ease. She is just fantastic.

Our sessions with Emma have had such an incredibly positive effect on our son and our family as a whole. She put my son at ease immediately and he always looked forward to working with her. He is now more confident, happy and worry free. He is much more emotionally mature since his sessions and can now communicate his feelings clearly. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Emma again if either of our children are experiencing struggles with mental health. We thank Emma from the bottom of our hearts for everything she has done for us.

Extremely dishonest and dangerous reports which have been written by Emma red - she has no respect or care for legal matters or parental responsibility.
I've had to involve cafcass and the governing body for Emma's proffession.
She submitted an illegal document to a court of law which is now being investigated in depth.
Emma has also failed to follow safeguarding procedures following a serious disclosure on 2 seperate occasions.
I've had to take legal action.
I would not trust this so called 'proffesional' with your child if she were the last option on earth.

I have been working with Emma for over 2 years and it has been integral in my success both professionally and personally. We all appreciate the benefit of a confidential space to talk through current issues but Emma has provided me with so much more. I am a primary head and have had my fair share of challenging times. In my sessions with Emma, I am able to explore these in confidence. After each session, I feel mentally refreshed and focused on the actions I am going to take. However, it is not just professional development I have gained from working with Emma, I have grown as an individual as Emma has a great skill in helping me find my own answers. Emma is a kind and genuine soul who is a delight to work with and I could not recommend her more.

We went to see Emma when our 8 year old daughter was going through a crisis with severe anxiety and school refusal. It was such a stressful and overwhelming time for us all and after meeting Emma and Sunny the therapy dog from the first time we could see there was hope to get back on the right track. We initially started with a 12 week plan which helped immensely, our daughter really relaxed going there and we and her anxiety reduced significantly. She learnt how to overcome and understand her emotions in a calm way and with the family sessions we had, helped by Emma we discussed and understood how to communicate better with each other. Emma was so helpful and was always at the end of the phone if any of us needed a chat and she helped with a report for school. We continued to see Emma for longer on a monthly basis as our daughter really benefited from having a little top up to see her and consolidate how she felt, Sunny also has a friend for life now! We are so thankful for everything Emma done for our daughter and as a family and will see her again if the need arises.

Emma presented a really useful workshop for our members today called ‘Making a smooth start to secondary school’. She was very engaging throughout and really supportive and knowledgeable in her response to questions. We were shown some fantastic activity examples to takeaway and do with our young people at home to help relieve anxiety & negative emotions surrounding change and in specific transitioning from Primary to Secondary School. No doubt these could also be utilised in other ‘change’ situations too. All feedback from the attendees were unanimously positive & they were all grateful for the tips shared. I would highly recommend Emma she is clearly extremely talented & a highly experienced therapist.

Emma has worked with both of my boys over the past few years in the school setting and continues to work with one of them. They both respond well to her support and enjoy her sessions. Communication between us is very good and we are able to be involved in the sessions if needed/preferred.
Emma has also been a great help with signposting to other services to help us all.
She was able to continue therapies over the phone during lockdown which was very much appreciated and needed.
