I contacted The ENT Clinic after an US scan of my neck when I was dismissed with very vage comments and reference to wait for my GP to discuss results. I had growing concerns so decided to see a private specialist.
From the first contact it was a reassuring experience with friendly and helpful assistant Victoria and Mr Kirkland saw me a few days later.
He had the scan of my neck on his computer and explained every detail to me, answered all my questions and advised me what to do next. I appreciated the calm, undisturbed environment of the consultation and
with this new knowledge that all was fine, I had the first good sleep since scan.
I can fully recommend The ENT Clinic and will definitely go back if and when I ever need.

The staff are all fantastic, particularly the receptionists. They were really helpful and quick to arrange appointments for me. Although Mr Kirkland wasn't able to remedy my particular problem, he was a great doctor and I would definitely recommend the clinic to others in need.

It is reassuring that we can get an appointment with out a long wait with Mr Kirkland when hearing becomes even more challenging and micro-suction is necessary. Booking was efficient and we appreciate the consideration and attention shown by Victoria and Rebecca. The Outpatient appontment worked well for Patrick. We will I am sure, be seeing Mr. Kirkland again with the same issue. Thank you

Having been told the wait on the NHS was getting on for a year I decided to pay privately to see Mr Kirkland. Very swift appointment, thorough check up and a plan now in place. Well worth it.

I have been receiving post neck cancer treatment from Paul Kirkland for the past year. The level of care is without fault as is the support in terms of organising appointments and so on. Highly recommend.

Very poor administration on multiple occasions - including misleading and incomplete information about process (I was self pay) and options available to me. This lets down what was an excellent surgical experience and outcome. This was then compounded by the fact that despite me providing feedback in writing to Mr Kirkland ( as he requested ), when I made him aware of these facts, this feedback was never acknowledged. A further excess invoicing error also remains open at the time of this review, which is both surprising and disappointing.

Not Impressed to be honest, Mr Kirkland didn't seem the slightest bit interested, made a diagnosis on my wife without any tests, he made no effort to explain the condition or its impact , in fact gave no explanation at all, he couldn't wait to usher us from his office, appointment was around 10 mins? Save your £200 for someone who cares.
