I’ve been a member at The Gym Group Carlisle for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The facilities are always clean, there’s a great range of equipment, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. A special shoutout to Clayton – he’s absolutely fantastic! Super knowledgeable, always friendly, and genuinely cares about helping people reach their goals. Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to level up your training, Clayton’s the guy to go to. Super Gym, people of all ages and abilities show up here, so no feeling uncomfortable or awkward. The Gym staff are helpful and informative but not pushy, so if you can commit it's a good place to start on your journey to improving your health and fitness.

The gym has a good variety of classes both morning and evening. The atmosphere is very good with great camaraderie. The trainers are committed to offering a good quality service, and each brings their different style and personality, which enhances the overall experience. I attended HIIT this morning, which I found both challenging and enjoyable. Josh was this morning's trainer. I always find him to be very enthusiastic, motivating, highly skilled, patient, and fun to engage with whilst maintaining professionalism.

Been on and off at the gym the past few years my confidence was shocking I re joint 3 months ago and I am slowly getting better. My P.T Josh has losts of patience and experience, very encouraging he is always on hand to help, he has never made me feel bad if I had a bad week with my diet and exercise. I would highly recommend him. The gym group is always clean and plenty of equipment open 24/7 everyone is so friendly

I joined the Gym Group about 6 months ago and only have positive things to say about it. There is a fab variety of classes which change periodically and there's even 6am classes which I couldn't find in any other local commercial gym. There is a good selection of equipment and machines for everyone's needs. A sled track was recently installed and I'm really enjoying the hyrox inspired classes.
The gym overall has a really nice atmosphere. I tend to go at the same time each day and you soon get to know people who go at the same time, most people are happy to chat!
The Gym Group PTs are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Each trainer has there own unique approach to classes which keeps things interesting. I actually booked a block of sessions with one of the personal trainers, I'd highly recommend Josh Page, and I've seen my strength and fitness sky rocket in a relatively short time.
Overall, it's a really good gym at a really affordable monthly rate.
