I started my journey with Elios at a time in my life when I was really struggling with a few issues and hadn't processed a very traumatic couple of years that had happened a few years,earlier. I would leave my sessions with Elios feeling mire calm and grounded. The actual breathing practice was quite an intense experience for me and probably brought up deep buried pain. Elios also gave me tools to deal with some behavioural patterns that I wanted to change and was a great listener. He gave uncondionally.
