As someone who was very apprehensive of the benefits of therapy I was unsure of what this journey would be like, however after 7 months I can say it is one of the most important things anyone could do. The Henry centre is absolutely excellent, welcoming and an easy process to start. A special mention to Natalie who was kind and listened, anyone would be extremely lucky to have her guide you through this journey. Thankyou

I’ve been in therapy for several years in both UK & Australia and Natalie at Henry centre is by far the best I’ve come across. She is very in tune with how you’re feeling and seems to just ‘get it’. I come away feeling validated, understood and like my thoughts are somewhat in order. Grateful to have had Natalie recommended to me and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend her to anyone else!

I started seeing Natalie in September last year. Her response to my initial email was fast and after an initial phone conversation we agreed on a day that suited me for weekly therapy sessions.

Natalie is very warm and empathetic, the setting is equally warm and comfortable which makes you instantly at ease.

I'm going through a particularly difficult time in my life with a lot of traumatic experiences in the past. Natalie has been helping me make sense of my feelings, guiding me in connecting them to either past or current struggles and gently teaching me to process them in a helpful way. It's work in progress but very much worth it.

I would highly recommend to anyone.

I searched The Henry Centre online during a difficult period in my life. I rang and Natalie answered the Phone. I immediately felt at ease as she was so easy to talk to. She was booked for the next few days so said I could se one of her colleagues but I felt so comfortable with her I waited for her next free appointment. I’ve been seeing Natalie at the Henry centre ever since and I’m in such a better place now as she’s so easy to talk to. I couldn’t recommend Natalie at the Henry centre highly enough.

I have been seeing Natalie over the last couple of years. The centre itself is very welcoming and homely, and you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Natalie is fantastic - she really listens to you, whilst also helping to work through your feelings and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I couldn’t recommend her and the centre more!
