Myself and my colleague used the Lambourn as a co-working space recently and I really enjoyed the experience. Easy parking for no additional charge and the building is lovely, modern and clean. We particularly enjoyed the nearby Greek food van for lunch!

Amanda was extremely helpful as it was my first time booking and very accommodating and kind. Once we got there she was also very helpful and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed.

Will certainly be using the Lambourn as a co-working space again!

The Lambourn is a wonderfully welcoming, friendly yet professional place to work.
The co-working desks have plenty of space, it’s super-clean, warm, well-lit and there are 3 private sound-proofed booths for when you need to make a phone or Zoom call.
The pricing is attractive and flexible.
There’s easy parking - plenty of well-sized spaces.
Highly recommended if you want somewhere really nice to work - hot beverages included in the rate, use of microwave and fridge, dishwasher, with smiling people nodding hello and helping you feel less-isolated if you are a home-worker.
Best of all is Amanda, the Centre Manager, who is exceptionally responsive to enquiries, ideas and simply great.

A couple of years ago we moved into the Lambourn Office, such a contrast to our old office! The building is bright, airy, clean, great kitchen and dinning area. I often have to contact Amanda to book meeting rooms, sometimes to organize lunch for visitors. often without much notice but each and every time Amanda delivers. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, she is very personable to everyone, always willing to help. Amanda is a great asset to the company, I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for everything she has done, most appreciated

I run a Design & Fit-out company and prior to Christmas we spent 6 weeks fitting out part of the second floor at The Lambourn for our client.
It's very important and makes life much easier if you can work with a Building Manager who understands the nature of our works and how they might affect the existing tenants. We struck gold with Amanda and her team who made us feel welcome from the first day on site. Amanda was professional throughout and couldn't do enough to provide assistance where required to ensure our project was completed on schedule with minimal impact to the rest of the buildings occupants.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amanda for anyone considering taking space at The Lambourn.

The Lambourn is a fabulous, light and spacious environment which hosts a wide range of businesses and attracts a variety of clients. Great location, close to Abingdon town centre but also the A34 and with plenty of parking, a real business hub. Plenty of opportunities for all types of business.

Amanda has always made me feel welcome with my pop-up business; The Lambourn has enabled me to access a wider client base.

I've attended 2 events at this fabulous venue in recent months, one a networking reception and another in one of their large meeting rooms. Both events ran smoothly and professionally mainly down to the wonderful staff and special mention to manager Amanda for being so welcoming and attentive.
