Undoubtedly this is one of the least professional recruitment companies that I have ever had the complete misfortune of dealing with. After calling and being given the run around for over 2 weeks I have been repeatedly hung up by the rude and dismissive staff. I warn anyone and urge everyone to approach this company with extreme caution as the levels of professionalism are in line with a zoo.

It's been over 3 weeks that I've registered promising me that they will get me on work soon...and here we are been calling and making excuses and passing phone to the different department within the company and no one has the clear answer. I wouldn't recommended anyone go for this agency it's worst of the worst agency that I've ever come across. IGNORE!!

I went in to the warehouse at bardon hill coalville for my first day of work, was sent home and then i was told i would be paid for 4 hours. Then now theyre saying because i haven’t been booked for the shift they cant pay me. Poor communication and customer service. Avoid this agency and save your time.

I have recently applied for a position at one of the biggest Great Bear sites in Merseyside, with support from the Logistics People recruitment agency. The initial online application  process was simple and easy to go through and I found myself 2 days later invited over the phone, for the pre induction process regarding the available position, by Gosia , the agency rep member of staff. Throughout the pre induction process she  assisted  me with all the information and instructions required to proceed further. The induction went smooth and at a new starter friendly pace where, Ken anf Blaj, the Great Bear trainers, ensured that we are safely informed regarding our future work responsibilities, properly instructed and supported throughout the induction process. I found out for myself that all the Great Bear members of staff are very  helpful and team players. From my personal perspective I have been treated with decency, respect and have been aided and provided with all the necessary "tools"at every new challenge in this work place. Thank you!

Worst agency I've ever had to deal with, got called a liar, registered online and received a signed email to confirm registration, then the person that had signed the completed registration denied I'd filled in the registration, didn't even get an apology after I sent a screenshot as proof. Had to call the office ever time something was arranged, there is zero organisation at this agency, now I'm having to chase my money after being paid a lower rate than agreed and they even paid an hour short on my shift time, and that's after dedication of 45 minutes for a break that I didn't have.
Nothing but parasites, exploiting the people who get their hands dirty. You shouldn't have to fight to get the money you are owed.
Next stop is HMRC, ACAS and financial ombudsman

Saw advert for work with local supermarket company in January. Applied and was given on line test and interview. Gave them all of my personal details including bank details, driving licence, tacho card, cpc card - the lot. Told induction training was going to take place very soon after me chasing them. Then I asked if these jobs actually existed. I then was told induction training was tomorrow!! I had work commitments so couldn’t attend (if they were actually being done). I’ve asked them to delete all of my details but they say they don’t hold onto any? Anyway after 3 months I give up. Make your own mind up. Are they just after statistics for their superiors?

I have currently been working Full Time with this Agency, and I have to say that the Full Time basis is really a great bonus where Agency work is concerned. All in all I've enjoyed my time with the company and the work I have been allocated. The only negative I have is that on a couple of occasions terms that I originally had agreed to when starting in my position were changed without being informed by the agency. All in all I'm happy working with the agency, I just hope that the current narrative continues as is.
Kyle especially has been greatly appreciated throughout my time with the company.

Time wasters.
Twice now I have gone to register with the agency whilst simultaneously having an induction at the site where I will (supposedly) be working.
Once was with great bear, the most recent was at IPS in kingswinford.
Both times I had 2 hours + of my time wasted. Don't give you a start date after induction, supposed to contact you either with a start date or other opportunities- they don't, text to mobile number is met with "we don't deal with that" and ringing the landlines is pointless- told that they'll ring you back, which they don't- all you're doing by calling them is running up your phone bill. Seems that the only people they find jobs for are Eastern European, indeed everyone I've ever met and/or spoken to from logistics people haven't been British, which leads me to believe they are prejudiced.
