In Bristol it took 89 phone call attempts to get into a cue on two different phones, and then you were in a cue for what felt like hours and the phone call ends and when you get a doctor they hand out sick notes like they’re sweeties and said come back in couple of weeks… I moved to Cornwall with a problem expecting the same thing to happen NO! a full investigation happened bloods, referrals, a dairy, to discover it was two different migraines caused by a motorbike accident with a head injury ? while the doctors in Bristol went with middle ear infection. ? very late review but I keep seeing reviews about phone cues this, that and the other… but do you know what. I’m extremely thankful for the doctors and nurses in Camelford you work bloody hard and no one says thank you, you just get all the grief about phone call cues and wait times and how hard it is to get appointment… but no one think about how hard it must be for you guys so thank you very much for helping me and treating me ever since! You do a bloody grand job

Impossible to make an appointment over the phone and won't allow you to make an appointment if you go to see them!! What's the difference between walking in or phoning in? I still need an appointment. Absolutely useless. Bunch of headless chickens running this doctors.

Not happy with doctors called this morning and waited on a call back from one a doctor and then called reseption this afternoon and they said it's not on the system so not happy sad

Was caller number 1 for 35 mins from 8am before I gave up again. Been trying for over a week to get seen for a chest infection as an asthmatic. Terrible service.

The absolute worst doctor's surgery in the country. Quickly change your GP service and go to a different surgery, it will be faster, I promise you.

Was told by 111 service with my chest pain and rash to go here and they'd know I was coming. Then upon arrival told to go elsewhere without being seen.
