Ok so upgrading this review, in fairness the email system does work eventually, and after a few exchanges did get everything organised. Still think chat and phone options should be more responsive for time sensitive queries but overall did respond and resolved everything. And thanks to Amy for her note too

we use this at work - they are useless the webpage is clunky, the app is unusable, they apparently have a tracking system so that it can log your miles on a trip - never worked

got a new car - been trying to change mine no joy - went onto the chat assistance - over 40 minutes and no response - then they just closed - only work 9-1600

they remind you just the once to close off- obviously think everyone else isnt busy. Couple of reminders would be the norm usually.

I cant see the benefit they add, just the pain to any employee they have actually been mentioned as a reason to leave a compay!

Website is dire! Crashes at every input then you have to go to home refresh and start again. A 20 minute task takes an hour!

Terrible service, would actually give zero stars if I could. Haven't updated my profile with the new HMRC mileage rate as of September 1st - raised this four times and still two weeks later I'm "waiting for a team leader to look at it". I don't understand how changing a number from 16p to 17p in someone's profile takes two weeks. That said, it took a further week for them to understand my (very simple) query. I'm now going to be out of pocket two months on the run because of this company's ineptitude.

Every now and then the app stops working I then have to log in then my password won’t work so I have to change it and for the last 2 days it won’t auto track this app is a pain I now have to write my destinations down down to this not working I’m to busy with work to add extra workload to my day

Lots of problems with their app changing addresses & mileages due to glitches in there operating system; this seems to be an ongoing problem. Their staff where positively rude at times, even after written proof of their mistakes was provided

Not a company you want to do business with.

Will squeeze you for every penny they can, rather work with you as partner or think about the bigger picture. Expensive anyway for the service they offer. Think seriously about alternatives than engage into contract with this company.
