I've been working with Emily for years now and have benefitted from her experience in more ways than one.

When I first started at my company she used to sit in on our appraisals and she once oversaw an internal interview for a role I applied for, and I've found that from the other side of the table she is an excellent 3rd party to these discussions - I felt she was equally there for me as well as my boss.

In recent years I have been able to work with Emily more closely in a coaching/mentor capacity, and it has been so helpful to have someone external to our company to go to for guidance. She really makes you feel that there is no such thing as a stupid question and always makes time for you when you need her. She is extremely down to earth and as well as imparting her own knowledge and experience she manages to also keep things "real" based on what's realistic for you and your workplace.
