I had four Reiki treatments with Adella and found them extremely calming and peaceful. Despite not knowing much about Reiki initially, I was surprisingly able to completely switch off from my busy life of work and children straightaway and experience deep relaxation. During the sessions, I felt energy in various parts of my body and had vivid visions, one being in a wood, I also deeply exhaled during treatments which I had no control over. Adella’s calming presence and thorough explanations made me feel at ease. I was fascinated by the powerful effects of Reiki and how it left me feeling like I was walking on air. Her insights into energy blockages were eye-opening. Also, the treatment room is just beautiful and has a unique calming atmosphere which really added to the overall experience. I highly recommend Reiki to anyone looking to de-stress and boost their well-being. I left feeling super relaxed and wanting more, I will definitely return.

I received Distance Reiki treatments from Adella while recovering from COVID-19. I had been experiencing back, hip, and shoulder pain, which Adella intuitively detected and addressed, leading to the pain disappearing. Adella even mentioned she could feel the pain in her own body in the same locations as mine! During the treatments, I felt tingling sensations in my arm and was deeply relaxed. After each treatment, I felt peaceful, light, and like I was in a meditative state, often feeling like I could sleep for hours. My family noticed that I was more upbeat, playful, and humorous afterward, and I felt more energetic. In my final session, Adella used crystal healing and a pendulum to identify blocked chakras. During this treatment, with my eyes closed, I saw a beautiful bright white light and felt an incredible sense of relaxation. The pain and tension in my shoulders completely dissolved. I am truly amazed at the healing power of Reiki and I would definitely use it again for pain, relaxation and because it was so intriguing!

Distance Reiki Energy Healing

I had three sessions of Long-Distance Reika with Adella @The Reiki Room Kendal during September. Prior to the session Adella asked me what my expectations were from the session and what she would like me to focus. Adella was thoughtful, compassionate, thorough and non-judgemental through out the sessions.
After our initial conversation we both thought the focus would be to help with Anxiety and Stress, with my most prominent symptom being difficulty sleeping. The condition was affecting every aspect of my life, and I had recently been off work due to the effect on my everyday life.
From even the first session I felt that the Reiki was having a positive effect. During the sessions I felt fully relaxed, so much so that I was in REM level sleep, or a trance hypnotic state with dreamlike visions that were vivid and seemed relative to my situation and anxieties. I saw and heard what I consider to be my inner guide voice and spiritual guides with solutions and suggestions presenting for worry and anxieties that are running through my mind on a daily basis.
Whilst the sessions were in progress, I had strong sensations in my body that presented like a feeling of warmth and tingling sensations that flowed right through my body from the tips of my toes working right through to the crown of my head. The sensations were so strong that I felt Adella and her spirit energy were present in the room with me. Though the focus was Anxiety and sleep, there were extra sensations in parts of my body where I have weakness or pain due to previous injury / illness. This included knees, shoulders/arms and womb area. I felt heat in my hands when I placed them on my lower tummy, and that the reiki energy was also going through my hands with Adella' assistance. During one session the flow through my womb made me feel as though I was detoxing and I had an urgent need to go to the bathroom. The bodily issues were not mentioned prior to the sessions, I felt that Adella became aware of them through the Reiki.
After the Reiki sessions I felt much more relaxed, energised and able to deal with anxieties and the issues causing them. It has helped me see things in a more internal, a more balanced and spiritual way. I have also slept better, and had a monthly flow which I thought had stopped due to an ovarian cyst.
I would 100% recommend working with Adella and The Reiki Room. The experience was surreal and healing. I totally believe it has helped me manage my anxiety symptoms, and think of problems in a more positive way. I also believe it has helped my tough base with my inner spiritually and self healing potential. If you are open to the concept of reiki, I believe it can help you too!
