Natalie Jones is the most helpful, supportive, patient and knowledgeable mortgage broker. I am a first time buyer and had very little understanding about the process. Natalie took her time to talk me through everything, explain exactly what every step would consist of and what I needed to do. Natalie gave sound advice and touched of her own personal experience at times to help me unsecured why it was best to do certain things. I honestly cannot fault her and I can honestly say I would not have wanted anyone else to support me through this exciting but daunting first time experience. We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rachael Thornton for coming to our house to arrange life insurance and critical illness cover.

We’d seen lots of reviews for Rachael and been referred from 3 different people, so if that wasn’t a sign to get it sorted I don’t know what is.

We’d thought about taking cover for a while but just didn’t really know were to start , Rachael is extremely knowledgable , but she explains it in an easy to understand manner.

She fully explained all the options and put together a package that suited our budget.

I would 100% recommend anyone using her to sort those in cover. She’s friendly, down to earth and really knows her stuff.

Finally sorted my life insurance today after looking around for YEARS!! When I say Iv been trying to sort it out for forever I’m not kidding. I kept going online and giving up because I was so overwhelmed with all the ones you can have and I just didn’t really understand it all and it was just too much to read and trying to figure out what the right cover was! Saw a review from a friend that Rachael Thornton had helped her and it doesn’t charge anything for the appt so I thought Iv got nothing to lose.

Rachael really is the best , she explained everything in full detail - Iv decided to go with critical illness cover for both me and Mia and access to treatments abroad, she explained what life cover we needed and also get a FREE will, Literally all my life admin now sorted and I can’t thank you enough Rachael!! I didn’t feel pressured into signing up for something and it was just so easy and relaxing doing it face to face and fully understanding the ins and outs. We picked a policy and then she again went through each part step by step until it was adjusted and right for me and Mia, taking things off and adding things back on. So so happy with what we picked, now in the process of writing my will which I’m super happy about, making sure everything is in place just incase for my Mia, such a scary thing to think about but so happy I’ve done it now. Big thank you yet again to Rachael Thornton for helping with my life insurance 🫶🏼

I needed to make some changes to my policy so once again Rachael’s been the very best fully involved and getting me every possible option not just for me but the kids too.

I’d actually forgotten some of the benefits I had last time like a 24/7 doctors app, I can get 24/7 video appts with a doctor for me Josh and the kids which I can’t believe i haven’t even used it yet 🫣 the amount of times I have struggled to get a doctors appt! I will definitely be using this moving forward.

Anyone looking for any kind of life or sickness insurance Rachael is the one! It isn’t worth not having!! Even if it’s to review your current policy! Rachael has covered people who have been told for whatever reason they can’t get critical illness cover by other providers!
