Recently joined as an AR, Kim helped me submit my Application and kept me updated with the progress with TRM. I have now been part of the Network for 6 weeks and have had plenty of communication and support.

Any questions and queries about processes, compliance and social media have been answered and additional support provided.

Acre and compliance process is a breath of fresh air from my previous Network which was 'over the top', awkward and not streamlined. TRM make Acre streamlined and user friendly, enabling me to understand where my clients are in their customer journey.
