I'm so glad they don't take too much commission. A £50 tax anomaly and they only took £45 of it. I suppose a fiver is better than nowt. You can go direct through the Government Gateway and get all of it. Everyone needs to make a living though eh?

Absolute cowboys! The HMRC found two amounts owing and said the TRC would send two cheques.
I only received one.
On attempting the cashing of this cheque it did not clear, and after sending multiple emails I was asked to provide my bank details for a bank transfer.
It has now been two weeks and still no funds in my account.
I have again sent several email and all have gone unanswered, though I am sure they have taken their commission.
Do not use them.
Little more then con men and petty thieves.

Dear Sir/Madam
Have used this service before at that time there was not entitled to any refund but thought of your services which you do hence why might be of a service to me.
Just a note have deffered my state pension and think you might be aware regarding my new tax code and have told HMRC about this new tax code basically not getting anywhere with HMRC.
Hopefully things can be sorted and have every confidence in your ability to help me so a big thumbs up take care

I almost gave up when hmrc wrote to me am owing 4000pounds, I was shuttered and didn't want to continue, as I single parent I thought I was working hard unfortunately I was working to come and pay back my hard earned money and energy!
