In all honesty, the will writing part was easy. However, every time I've called the office the staff seem to be quite snooty and some of the comments they've made has been off putting. Of course, this wasn't only one bad interaction, this has been over the course of the past few years. This is why I'm moving solicitors. The team really need to review and work harder with their customer service interaction.

I'd say terrible service, but the solicitors do seem very professional.
