Alicia has exceeded my expectations as a therapist. Her professionalism is superb and I have a lot of faith in her skills as an osteopath. Not only has she helped me overcome a chronic neck pain (in only 2 sessions) but she also advised me on rehabilitation at home, which has massively improved how I feel overall. Alicia is an excellent healthcare professional. I had a painful back problem and was worried about the impact of an impending long haul flight. Alicia carried out a thorough diagnosis, explained a treatment plan which included exercises between treatments. The results were fantastic and I was pain free prior to my trip.

Since I first visited Alicia, she has always made me feel at ease during treatments and listened to my concerns regarding my health. Alicia is professional and organised and always accommodating to my shift patterns regarding appointments.

Alicia is very professional and thorough. She is also a good listener !
I have a number of issues arising from my back and what I really appreciated and valued was her ' whole body ' approach. The sessions , alongside Alicia's advice, have improved how I move and given me a more positive outlook on my mobility.

Alicia is a a real credit to the profession. After visiting another osteopath for multiple sessions and getting nowhere she was able to relieve the majority of my neck pain within the first treatment. Couldnt recommend her enough.

This was the first time I have ever needed to use an osteopath. I had developed a back problem and on arrival could hardly get out of my car, yet managed to get back in it after the appointment with very little trouble. Completely pain free and mobile within a week. I only needed three sessions (one was focussed on a knee problem). I would highly recommend Alicia. Completely professional, holistic approach. She looked at my lifestyle, medical history, job (lots of time sat at a desk) and gave really useful advice on all aspects along with a home exercise program. I now feel empowered to maintain the simple changes I have made in my everyday life and activity/exercises to keep my back pain free. I would highly recommend Alicia to anyone who has issues with their back. I had nearly given up hope that my back would get better after visiting a physiotherapist and osteopath. Alicia put a programme in place and used various techniques to help the pain & solve the underlying issues.

Initially I went weekly as I had a few issues going on and now I go every couple of months to help with neck pain caused by everyday stresses of computer etc.
