I had the most wonderful experience for a Hopi ear candle treatment and back massage. I was dealing with a stubborn headache, and luckily, Gemma was able to fit me in last minute. The combination of the ear candle and massage worked wonders—my headache completely disappeared! The ambiance was soothing, and her professionalism, as always is top-notch. Iv been to Gemma a couple of times now for some treatments. Would highly recommend any of her treatments -had the hopi ear candle and head massage today. The environment is relaxing and inviting, a very cosy treatment room in the centre of Bedford. Will definitely be back for future treatments. Gemma is lovely to chat to very warm and welcoming. Was gifted a pregnancy massage by my friends. It was the best massage i’ve ever had. Gemma made me feel relaxed and dignified throughout. She was so pleasant and lovely to chat to. Since going to Gemma, I’ve decided I’ll never go anywhere else again! Honestly, I have raved about Gemma at Therapy From Within to all my friends, she’s just incredible.

Just before my first session with Gemma, my car had been written off in a house fire, and on my way to town on my bike, the heavens opened and I got a puncture. So I arrived soaked, totally frazzled and as stressed out as you could possibly be, but even just stepping into the room, I felt instantly calm and ease. I had a full body massage and it was just perfection - I literally left on cloud 9.

Whole-heartedly recommend, worth every penny, and I’d genuinely go to her every week if I could!
