Hiren and Shelley supported in our sale and purchase. We had a really stressful end to our purchase due to another solicitor (from elsewhere) in the chain, and Hiren and our estate agents worked hard to manage this in order to get our sale through. I would use them again and really valued the support and advocating they did to get the sale completed.

Thomas and flavells dealt with my first house purchase recommended by our local estate agents. From start to end there was no communication between the team that I dealt with. Rather than dealing with one individual I spoke to numerous team members who hadn’t let the other know what was going on in our house purchase. To have received an email 5 months later querying some information provided for land registry!!! Attention to detail and verifying documents is very poor. I wouldn’t use them again - bad experience.

Rang them other day and was told they have meeting. They took my details to call me back later. Never did. Few days later filled form online to be contacted and yes, they conntacted me, took my details and told me they send me quotation. Never did.
If there's such a problem with communication with them at the beginning I don't want to know what's going to be later.
I've just found other solicitors

Having found the business online and choosing to use their service following the great reviews they had we were swiftly quoted and then following accepting the quote we were introduced to our solicitor Matthew and Paricce. At every point of the process we were kept in the loop with clear communication. When the ball was in there court they efficiently actioned the tasks to make sure the purchase was smooth sailing.
