I started out using Thomas International in 2007, when I had a great relationship with your Sales Consultant, Paul Ashton.
Back then, the only fee charged was for purchasing units. In 2013, the 'powers that be' realised there was a way to make more money out of their clients and started charging an annual LICENSE FEE of £250. The fee was supposed to be for service and support, both of which I rarely use. Now we are in 2021 and you are saying that we will need to forfeit units as they will magically expire on a date you've created. I see no logical reason why you would expire the units. It is clear that this is another genius idea concocted by the ‘powers that be' to force clients to buy more units.
I don’t use the service regularly, only with clients who have a fairly senior role to fill, so you won't miss my business. To be honest I think the time has come to call it a day and say that I will not be renewing my license this year and will have to bid farewell to Thomas International.
In these hard times, Thomas International is doing a great job of squeezing out the smaller clients.
It is a shame that all big corporates go the same way!
