I’ve conducted business with Richard Thompson for 20 years or so supplying professional staff to his firm. When the time came and I set up my own business it made sense to place the care of my financial affairs with Thompson Wright. It was one of my better decisions and although I’m only a small business I have been looked after very well in the last five years.

My Client Manager, Jenni Wilson, and her team are attentive, friendly and happy to take ownership of any issues that I might raise with them. Although I have an accountancy background and could handle a lot of accounting tasks myself, I find it makes good commercial sense to concentrate my time and efforts on running my business.

I recommend the firm completely. Are they the cheapest for a small business like mine? No, but you get a lot more for those extra professional fees. You get what you pay for and in my experience that’s top quality client service and peace of mind.

The level of customer service that I receive from them makes me feel like my company is all they care about. I have never received this level of service elsewhere. We moved our business and personal accounting & Fiancial advisors to TWCA 4 years ago.
In this time, Jess, Rachel and their team have helped enormously on a day to day basis with several changes within our business most recently with the purchase of the building we trade from.
