Grace Baker was my solicitor who manage the conveyancing of the sale of my London flat. I had dealt with this company before but my previous contact had retired and I was allocated Grace Baker. Kirsty Law approached me as a mediator. However, I was shocked to discover that she had been instructed by my ex-wife to send a threatening letter regarding child arrangements. She raised the issue of costs in an intimidating manner—something that is not only highly irregular but also entirely inappropriate when dealing with a litigant in person. This conduct was unprofessional and entirely contrary to the principles of fair mediation. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging this firm / her services.
