This place is a scam. I was a 20 year old fairly new driver when they first contacted me about one of my accidents. How did they even get my details!? Of course as a new driver I went on with the claim as I thought it would help- I wasn’t at fault. I’ve now said I don’t want to continue with the case as in a previous letter, the third party was “deceased” why would I want to carry on? I’m now being told I need to pay fees?! I have emailed 3 times asking where I signed to show I need to pay said “fees” if the case doesn’t go on. No response and apparently I only have 30 days to respond but now I’m getting no response from them! Joke of a company and surprised it’s still running!! Look at all the bad reviews!!
