Cameron Ramage sole handedly caused a sale to drag out over six months and to fall through after this amount of time,
Cameron’s lack of experience and un professionalism was clear from start to finish in this transaction
Dreadful communication some points weeks to return an email never available to answer the phone.
I’d like to blame it all on Cameron costing six months of billable hours for the tierneys however lack of supervision of a trainee is almost as bad as him not having a clue what he is doing and giving out bad advice due to his lack of understanding of legal terms.
This trainee has cost a lot of people a lot of money due to not being able to hold his hands up and say I’ve made a mistake but attempts to get someone senior to review the file also fell on deaf ears,
All in all dreadful company to deal with

Cameron Ramage is playing solicitor, doesn’t know his head from his ar*e, his seniors don’t check over his mistakes and that ends up being very costly to everyone involved, very unprofessional! Just look at all the other bad reviews so if you’ve got half a brain you will use anyone else.
Thanks for wasting 8 months of our time.

When my father needed to gain power of attorney over my mother's funds (due to Alzheimer's) he was recommended Zac and his "team" and decided to use them. My dad was to have power of attorney with me as a co-signatory, however, what came back from the courts was Court of Protection in my name with my dad as co-signatory. In the time this process took, my dad was struck with dementia and is also in a home. I'm now unable to pay the bill (from my mother's funds) because my dad can't sign his name, and even though it was my father that hired Tierney's, it looks as if I'm going to have action taken against me for non-payment (which I'm pretty certain cannot be correct as it was my father who hired them). Try to explain the issues you are having in gaining access to the funds with which you could clear the bill and you are met with the receptionist Elaine, who prefers to talk over you rather than listen, threaten rather than assist, and if you point out how rude she is being, gives you the silent treatment like a child (if you then ask "are you there?"and proceed to ask the seemingly dead phone line "are you actually sulking?" You get the response "goodbye Mr. Roper!" and she drops the call).
So all in all a thoroughly irritating and confusing experience (changing my fathers request ad-hoc & seemingly changing their actual client to me ad-hoc aswell), and I can honestly say that the only thing this firm has any passion for or shows any urgency over, is their fee! Would not recommend.

Couldn’t even put the correct details on paperwork, and when asked to correct twice, theY still couldn’t complete it. In addition the company has zero ability to communicate internally.
