The customer service at the Barnard Castle office is very disappointing to the point of being rude at times. Brian Farrell never introduced himself either on the phone or when visiting the office in person. His approach to clients is from another generation. When I was asked into the office to sign my contracts this was done in the front reception area whilst other people were passing through. I didn’t complain at the time for fear of further jeopardising my conveyancing.
