We sought advice from Timberwise, on the recommendation of a local builder. Timberwise sent Ashley George, a qualified surveyor, to look at the problem. He gave advice, which included having some work done before he returned to check. On this second visit, the problem was more evident and he took time to talk through the options with us, give advice, and ensure we understood.
Such a relief to find someone so thorough and practical.

Leah, Greg, Kevin and their team have been superb!! Very personable, helpful and professional. Leah went above and beyond in helping us getting the damp work done in time, on very tight schedule. The work was done promptly, professionally and everything was cleaned up and tidied.

Additional advise after was given by Leah, Laura, Ashley and David. After care was very prompt and it didn't even have anything to do with the previous job but the Timberwise team still helped whole heartedly.

From the survey to the finished project we’ve had great service from Timberwise. David, the surveyor, was available to answer our questions; Leah, on the phone, kept us informed about the next stage of the work. And finally to Greg and Norman for their hard work which included replacing joists, floor timbers and skirtings, plastering walls and spraying existing woodwork. They always turned up when agreed and left the place tidy. They were a pleasure to have working in our house. Rachel and Simon.
