I have used Tiro partners once in the past a couple of years ago, and just recently been approached by them again, for some new positions coming available in the next week or so.
From my experience, I have always found my contact at Tiro Partners to be very professional and respond to all communications promptly, which is why I would have no hesitation to use them again, plus would recommend them to my colleagues, should the situation present itself.

Fishing, Oh Fishing. Was contacted by one of their recruitment staff. He said he's got a contract that he'd put me forward for. Remote working. He'd already got my CV and asked if I could provide 3 references which I was a little surprised about. However, I said i'd speak to 3 of them and provide telephone details. He also asked for email addresses.

I spoke to 3 different clients and asked for permission to hand over their contact number. All 3 agreed and I sent them.

It was obvious after a week that it was all garbage and he was fishing for email addresses.
To this day the 3 people haven't heard a word from him & neither have I.

I'm fortunate enough to be in a position where I don't needd work urgently.However, imagine if someone was in the predicament of urgently needing work only to be messed around by these amatuers!

Would I recommend them to family or friends............NO, enough said!

Pitty I cannot submit a review without any star - Google please allow no-star reviews, zero az the worst possible grade! the agent has approached my with 2 fantastic Drupal PM roles and confirmed that my application was send to both companies, but I had to ask repeateadly over two weeks time for feedback and she never bothered to respond - aweful and frustrating experience, strongly not recommending this mediocre recruitment agency, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

This company is very unprofessional, lack of clear communication and dont trust them. Constant back and forth, ended up my offer being withdrawn. Companies and Job-seekers avoid this shambles of a company.

Had a call from one of their agents for a contractor role and offered an interview with the client. However I was offered £50 less/day for the same role compare to a different (Deerfoot-IT) agency advertised as. When I raised a query with the agent they simply cancelled my interview with the client and never returned my calls. Ignore!! Arrogant and rude!
