I have used Tom Lefek twice on two different properties.
Having a level 2 survey on each property.
Both occasions Tom was very detailed & thorough. Also very professional in every way.
I highly recommend Tom. He was very polite & nothing was too much bother for him. I asked him to look at various issues on both properties & he did.
I met Tom after each survey & he was very happy to go through his finding with me.
He even said contact him if I had any further questions.

Tom did two RICS L2 surveys for me on two different properties. Each survey was detailed, clear and concise and evidenced with superb photos. The surveys were above and beyond a L2 expectation. Tom called me several times to discuss in detail his findings prior to the reports being sent out. He was professional and supportive. I felt I had a friend working hard for my best interests. He is competitively priced and extremely thorough.

We contacted Tom to do a level 2 survey of a property we put an offer on.
He was clear and concise over the phone and wasn't expensive, so we scheduled a date. The survey was very thorough and picked up a lot of work we hadn't noticed when viewing the property, he advised that we also needed a structural engineer's survey, when the Structural engineer read Toms report and saw the property he remarked that Tom had gone well beyond the survey we had commissioned and that he had a very good eye for detail.
If it weren't for him, we would have ended up buying a money pit!

Absolutely fantastic. Great value, Great service. Nothing was too much to ask. I sometimes had testing requirements, but Tom rose to the challenge.
