THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!! Think strongly before you decide to EVER use this firm!!! They took money from me over the span of 18months, gave me incorrect advice, lied to me, were legally inept, un-empathetic and borderline fraudulent. I had to report them to the SRA and the legal Ombudsman for justice as I was able to record and keep track of the shocking service they provided me. I am still in disbelief at how bad, immoral, unethical and downright inept the Lawyer TERRY MAYLIN (SRA ID276656) is and the considerably worse-off position he has left me in. This is beyond unforgivable and I am happy to go into more detail with anyone reading this if need be as this is a sincere review from the experience I have just had with this firm. THIS IS ANOTHER LIE!!! This is the right law firm and I have even left his name and SRA ID. Anybody who needs more proof feel free to contact me directly so I can show you all concrete proof of my horrific ordeal with this firm which has now been reported. I will leave the outcome of this in another review and wait to see if he tries to deny this too

Could not recommend TM Law enough! Terry and his team were incredibly helpful! The whole team took a lot of time helping me whilst over the phone and in person as i was a bit clueless haha! 5 star service! Thank you all so much!

Tm Law. Absolute brilliant and a big thank you to Terry.
Terry picked up our civil case after a big corporate solicitor drop it. Terry gave us a second opinion and felt we had sufficient evidence for court proceeding. Terry was there every step of the way, If we didn't understand the legal terms he would explain them. He was always an email or phone call away. Our day in court arrived and Terry was personally there to guide us through the proceedings. If it was not for Terry, we would not of won.
Highly recommended.

Terry was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had an injury caused by a driver while cycling in June 2020 and I contacted Terry who helped me through the process and managed to get me more than expected. Not impressed! We contacted them twice via email to ask if they could assist with a personal injury claim and we didn’t even get an acknowledgment. This is a hugely stressful and upsetting time and you would expect more from a company that has such great reviews!
