I've really enjoyed my time working for To Me To You Support recently. I've been with them now for 8ish month and have really enjoyed my time with them. I've found them to be a really approachable group of people. who always work with you. I never feel pressured to do shifts, no is accepted as no and I really respect that. Conversely, they are always willing to get me work when I need it: I should say I don't work for them full time only when I can. The long and short of it is, they area great bunch and would have no qualms in recommending them as an employer. 👍

I've used To Me To You Support for several months as my first call for an agency service, they have incredible staff. They all were very hard working and brilliant with the residents, it was as if we had hired members who had worked the business for months they fit in that well.
The management/ admin are also incredible, every request I asked they sorted promptly and sent very organised spreadsheets of the shifts I had requested.
Couldn't recommend more.

I have been working for me to you to support for just over 3 month. The staff are lovely always manage to work around my needs. Very helpful and will give you as much work as you want or as little as you want. Hannah is always communicating with me to make sure I have the shifts I want. Lovely team to work for and lovely staff I would highly recommend this company.

I have worked for me to you for over 4 years alongside my full-time job.
Ben and his team have always been very professional and very supportive
There is always plenty of work in some lovely care and support settings.
I have made some great friends and had some lovely shifts working with people with disabilities and the elderly.

I've worked for Ben now for almost 4 months.. he's been absolutely fantastic working around my commitments from the beginning. Ben has always been able to provide me with hours with his clients doing a wide variety of support work. Such a lovely man who couldn't do enough for his staff. I'm about to start on a new adventure on a full time temp to perm contract arrange by Ben with one of his clients. I couldn't have done it within To Me To You Support. Thanks so much to the team! Looking forward to even more experiences with Ben and his team.

I started working for Ben and the team in November 2020 after my job was too demanding on my family life. I love it here!! The team are great the hours suit perfect and I do not feel pressured or guilty if I can’t work. The team are always in touch and I feel very supported. I’ve got my spark back and love going out and supporting people. The places I go to are wonderful and welcoming. I can honestly say I am PROUD to be apart of To Me To You Support.

A brilliant company to work for!! I was so nervous to start but in such a short amount of time I’ve settled in to the company and as an employee each and every staff member treat you with so much respect, every one is so kind and cheerful which I personally think motivates you to become dedicated to your job. I genuinely get up in the morning excited to go to work for a company that have such a great team and I definitely feel more then welcome and glad to be apart of such a fantastic, devoted agency!! Have worked at TMTY for 6 months and find the work amazing! Staff are super friendly and supportive. You can choose the working hours you want and what kind of work you’d like to do as well as weekly pay. Clients have an amazing quality of life with SW’s that genuinely care thanks to the staffs hiring approach. Highly recommend for work as well as support.
