From the first moment I met Tracy she made me feel so comfortable to be there. She has a calming energy and openess to her that really makes you feel at ease. Tracy has been helping my partner and I work through a number of issues we've been experiencing and we have found Tracy's help to be invaluable. She has always stayed completely unbiased and calls us out on our unhelpful behaviours, but has never made us feel judged in any way whatsoever. Tracy has a way of picking up on certain traits or unhelpful behaviours, that we weren't even aware of ourselves, and then helps us to work through them. Tracy's way of working is always with compassion, understanding and kindness. The skills we have learnt both as individuals and as a couple, will continue to help us going forwards in our relationship, and also in our relationships with other people. From working with a number of therapists over the years, I can confidently say, therapists like Tracy are hard to come by. When we sought help from Tracy, I was ready to try anything to help my daughter, who was really struggling with her mental health and suicidal thoughts.
One of her anxieties was missing school and people knowing about the problems. Tracy was so accommodating and made time to see my daughter when she felt comfortable.
My daughter spent several sessions with Tracy, learning coping mechanisms and why she felt as she did.
About 6 months since first meeting Tracy, my daughter is a different person. She still has low moments but knows how to manage them and also knows that if we need to, we can seek Tracy out again.

My partner and I have recently had 12 weeks of couples therapy with Tracy and we are truly grateful that we've had the opportunity to work with her. I would recommend Tracy to every couple who struggles with communication. My partner and I had reached a point where every day off or weekend brought a new argument. Tracy joined us at the very start of our separation and helped us turn what could have been a very lonely and bitter time into a much more positive experience. We benefitted from both joint and individual sessions, which were carefully tailored to suit our changing needs. Her warm and relaxed manner enabled us to have open and honest conversations with each other. Tracy treated us both as equals. There was never any judgement, but she did highlight any unhelpful behaviours, which helped us to begin to make sense of everything. When the time was right, Tracy included our children in the programme, giving them a safe space to air their worries, first on their own and then all together in a family session. We all came out of our sessions feeling energised and empowered. Tracy’s experience in working with couples and teenagers has really helped our whole family deal with this very difficult time.

I am so pleased I was able to work with Tracy. The sessions I had with her were all immensely helpful. Tracy helped me to process a lot of issues that I'd thought would be intractable. She used a variety of techniques to help me reframe 'stuck' thoughts that were keeping me trapped in a negative cycle. I was genuinely surprised at how much better I felt after these sessions and how much I'd been able to move on. A session I had with my husband really helped both of us to deal with an ongoing health issue too. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tracy; I found her sessions invaluable.
